Feb. 04 — The voices coming from Arab fans Middle East war fever on Wednesday night. Sources report the Syrian leaders as well as the Syrian foreign minister Walid Muallem are beating war drums.

Muallem said, “Israelis, do not test the power of Syria since you know the war will move into your cities” – but Egyptian military sources have put out information purporting to outline Israel’s preparations to strike Iran.

It is reported that Israeli Navy along with the US Fifth Fleet have been charting Persian Gulf waters for some weeks and also of the Iranian shorelines in preparation for attacks by Israeli naval and special operations forces.

According to IDF intelligence and special forces officers, they have been marking routes for air and ground forces for driving it into Iran and hitting its nuclear installations.

Egyptian sources said that Saudi Arabia is demanding clarifications from the Washington about the reported US-assisted Israeli preparations for striking Iran and it asked about why they were not informed of Riyadh and the Gulf Arab governments.

The Saudis also mentioned that several Gulf intelligence and also some naval units had tracked the movements of Israeli and gathered documentary evidence.
