Three women claim they were drugged at local club

NORTH naples – Three women claim they blacked out after allegedly being drugged at a local club. The women say this happened at The Blue Martini throughout the past few months.

One of the victim’s husbands spoke to Wink News about her alleged ordeal.

“They were sitting right there and all of a sudden my wife said I’m light headed I gotta go to the ladies room and she doesn’t remember one thing after that,” says John Contieri

Contieri says his wife only had three drinks and was sick for a week after.

Another woman tells deputies she only had one drink when she started to feel sick, then blacked out in the club’s bathroom. Her boyfriend’s family didn’t find her until two hours later. They fear she may have been sexually assaulted.

A spokesman for The Blue Martini says their staff is very professional and aims to make sure guests are safe and comfortable.

Still, Contieri says he’ll find somewhere else to get drinks from now on.

“I don’t go there anymore,” says Contieri. “We don’t go there anymore.”
